Day 3
Not such a good day food wise. I give myself one day a week for a blow out. But I think this blow out was a bit much. Pizza, Garlic Bread and Chicken Kickers....yummy but naughty. Anyway tomorrow is another day and I think I will call it zero point salad day.

Day 2 - Weighed In
When I first started weight watchers I weighed 105.2 kilos. Luckily for me this seems to be the weight I am good at maintaining so I don't seem to get any heavier than that.
One day a friend of mine asked me to join weight watchers with her. I had been to weight watchers before my son was born with some success so I agreed to go with her. Turns out that it has been working for me once again.
Last night I weighed in at 89.9. Yay I am in the 80's, now I have to lower my weekly daily allowance by 1pt to 21pts a day. Which should be manageable. Arghhhh.
Previous Weight: 90.5
Current Weight: 89.9
Loss: 600g
